Kelly Molinari is a specialist in the sale of Distressed and investment property.  Over the last 5 years she has been involved in hundreds of transactions as an investor, consultant, educator, and Broker.  Kelly prides herself on helping her clients achieve their personal and financial goals.  Kelly's expertise in short sales and foreclosures makes her the perfect candidate for the lead instructor role at Trademark Real Estate University.  Kelly has taught classes in short sales, title searches, auctions, HUD and closings, and marketing techniques.  

Chris Haas concentrates his law practice in the areas of real estate transactions and real estate litigation.  He has extensive courtroom experience litigating construction issues, mortgage and mechanics lien foreclosures, and commission disputes among Realtors.  He also represents numerous custom home builders in connection with all phases of construction and development.
